John Adams Gift Tags

My name is John Adams and I live in Droitwich Spa.

I was diagnosed with Motor Neuron Disease 4 and half years ago,

I was told my life expectancy was 12 to 18 months, I refused to except this , my goal is to raise as much money as I can to raise money for research. I know a cure will never be found in my lifetime however if I can do anything to help people in the future this will be a bonus for me.

I have been selling gift tags and I have already raised 5 1/2 thousand pounds which is amazing.

I will continue to promote awareness and keep raising as much money as I can.

Droitwich Rugby Club have kindly offered me a stand at the Christmas market hopefully if I am having a good day I will be able to attend.

We are hoping to do a raffle if anyone would like to donate a prize it would be much appreciated.
