Duke Yoga

Duke Yoga run fun, friendly and relaxing yoga sessions in Droitwich.

If you're looking for varied classes for every experience level, Duke Yoga is the place to go. Fiona is an excellent teacher who guides you through the movements at your own level and adjusts any movements to suit your health.

Fiona specialises in two main styles of Yoga.

1) Hatha yoga, which describes the physical practice of yoga. The slow pace and simple breathing exercises make it a great place to learn basic poses and become comfortable on the mat.

2) Vinyasa, which means "breath-synchronized movement," and Vinyasa yoga is a series of poses that will move you through the power of inhaling and exhaling. Vinyasa movements are smoothly flowing and almost dance-like, which explains why it is sometimes referred to as Vinyasa Flow or just Flow.

Fiona has been teaching Yoga for 9 years. After being a Childcare and Education lecturer for 13 years, Fiona fell in love with yoga and retrained to teach it full time.

She has also written and illustrated a children’s yoga programme Asanasbananas.co.uk - which she teaches in schools during the week.

Classes are either in person or if you'd prefer to do guides classes in the comfort of your own home, join one of the online classes.
