If you don't have the budget to hire an in-house HR professional but want the peace of mind that you can access advice, then a retained HR service could be the solution. For a set monthly fee, you can secure the support you need, when you need it. Whats included:

- Telephone and email advice

- Practical support when employee issues arise

- Tailored letters, meeting guides and forms as required

- Case management & onsite support if required [subject to location]

Project-based support or ad-hoc support - if you are looking for one off support.

Project-Based support offers guidance, knowledge and templates to achieve the task at hand, some examples are:

- Employing your first employees

- Performance reviews forms and guide

- Review of contracts of employment

- Employee handbooks

- Dealing with a grievance or disciplinary

- Business restructuring ad-hoc support can also be offered.

If you just need advice or guidance on a specific issue or check in on your approach on how to deal with a problem, then you can purchase 1 hour ad-hoc support. If you dont use the full one hour, dont worry the unused time can be used up to 12 months after the date of purchase. This can include advice in person [subject to location], online or over the phone along with any relevant letters or documents provided specific to the case.
